At default every Analytics dashboard belongs to its creator and can't be seen by any other user in the account. To resolve this a user can share their dashboards with other users in its account.

To share your dashboard with other users, click the  button.

A new window will pop up and at the bottom, it will show you the organisations you have access to.

Click on the organisation or the user you want to share with.

The drop-down will show a list of all the users.

There are 3 options of sharing that the user can set, you can see them listed below:

Allows the user to view your dashboard.

Allows the user to edit your dashboard.

Allows the user to delete your dashboard.

Some options will be greyed out because the role of the user doesn't have the permissions required to access that function. Once done, click Save.

To speed up your process, you can share multiple, or even all of your dashboards in one go. 

To share multiple dashboards at the same time, open the Share Dashboard(s) window.

Then click the Share Dashboard(s) drop-down menu at the top of the page and select all the dashboards you want to share.

You then have the option of applying all the sharing settings as a group or individually by clicking on the checkboxes at the top right.

If you choose to edit individually, all of the dashboards will be available, if grouped then only one will be selectable.

To clear your sharing settings, open the Share Dashboard(s) window.

Click the green button on the right-hand side of the page to completely clear all of the pre-set settings.

If you only want to remove one user, simply uncheck the boxes next to their name.

Once done click Save.
